低温海水浸泡对腹腔开放伤大鼠存活的影响 被引量:6

摘要 目的 观察海水温度变化对腹腔海水浸泡伤大鼠存活的影响。方法 SD大鼠 2 4只 ,随机均分为 32℃海水浸泡组 (A组 )、2 2℃海水浸泡组 (B组 )及 1 2℃海水浸泡组 (C组 ) ,观察每一组腹腔海水浸泡前后平均动脉压 (MAP)、心率 (HR)、乳酸 (LA)、乳酸脱氢酶 (LDH)、谷丙转氨酶 (ALT)、血淀粉酶 (AMY)、尿素氮(BUN)及肌酸激酶同工酶 (CKMB)的变化。另取大鼠 30只 ,随机均分为 32℃海水浸泡组 (D组 )、2 2℃海水浸泡组 (E组 )及 1 2℃海水浸泡组 (F组 ) ,用以观察大鼠持续腹腔海水浸泡后的存活时间。结果  (1 )F组平均存活时间仅为 6 5分钟 ,显著少于D组 (4 81分钟 )及E组 (2 1 7分钟 ) (P <0 .0 1 ) ;(2 )浸泡 30分钟及浸泡 3小时后B、C组MAP、HR与浸泡前及与A组比较均发生显著下降 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,而C组MAP、HR显著低于B组 (P<0 .0 5 ) ;(3)浸泡后 3小时 ,C组血浆LA、LDH、ALT、AMY、BUN及CKMB水平均显著高于A、B组(P <0 .0 1 )。结论 低温海水浸泡大鼠腹腔开放伤可引起大鼠机体血流动力学迅速发生严重紊乱、代谢恶化及内脏功能损伤 。 Objective To observation affection of celiac immersion by hepothermal seawater on survival of rats.?Methods Twenty four rats were randomly divided into three groups:32℃ seawater immersion group(group A),22℃ seawater immersion group (group B) and 12℃ seawater immersion group(group C).?Changes of mean artery pressure (MAP) and heart rate(HR) were observed,and plasma levels of lactic acid (LA),LDH,ALT,AMY,BUN and CKMB were measured.?Other thirty rats were randomly divided into 32℃ seawater immersion group(group D),22℃ seawater immersion group (group E) and 12℃ seawater immersion group (group F),and survival time during celiac seawater immersion was observed in every group.?Results (1)?Survival time of group F was only 65min,which was significantly lower than that in group D(481min) and E(217min).?(2)?MAP and HR in group B and C decreased significantly at the end of celiac immersion and 3h after celiac immersion(compared with preimmersion and control group,P<0.05),and MAP and HR in group C was lower than that in group B(P<0.05).?(3)?Plasma levels of LA,LDH,ALT,AMY,BUN and CKMB in group C were increased obviously 3h after celiac immersion (compared with group A and B,P<0.01).?Conclusion?Celiac immersion by hepothermal seawater can result in severe changes of hemodynamics and metobolism,and disfunction of multiple system organs.?Thus it makes rats die quickly.
