摘要
目的客观评价痛风康治疗急性痛风性关节炎的临床疗效。方法采用随机单盲对照试验 ,将4 0例急性痛风性关节炎患者随机分为两组。试验组 2 0例接受痛风康治疗 ,对照组 2 0例接受消炎痛加别嘌呤醇治疗 ,疗程均为 10天。结果试验组和对照组临床痊愈率分别为 30 %、35 % ,总有效率分别为 90 %、95 % ,两组疗效差异无显著性 (P >0 0 5 ) ;两组治疗前后血尿酸和症状积分均明显下降 (P <0 0 1) ,但两组之间差异无显著性 (P >0 0 5 ) ;对照组中 3例出现不良反应。结论痛风康的治疗效果与消炎痛加别嘌呤醇一样有效 ,且不良反应少 ,是治疗急性痛风性关节炎的安全、有效的药物 ,值得进一步研究和开发。
ObjectiveTo objectively evaluate the clinical therapeutic effect of Tongfengkang (TFK) in treating acute gouty arthritis. MethodsAdopting randomized single blinded controlled trial, the 40 patients were equally divided into two groups. The tested group was treated with TFK, the control group was treated with indomethacin and allopurinol, the therapeutic course for both groups was 10 days. ResultsThe clinical cure rate in the tested group and the control group was 30% and 35% respectively, and the total effective rate 90% and 95% respectively, with no significant difference between the two groups (P>0 05). The scores of blood uric acid and symptom significantly lowered in both groups after treatment (P<0 01), but showed no significant difference between them (P>0 05). Adverse reaction to the treatment was shown in 3 patients in the control group. ConclusionThe therapeutic effect of TFK is similar to that of indomethacin plus allopurinol but with less adverse reaction, it is an effective and safe remedy for treatment of acute gouty arthritis, and worthy for further studying and developing.
