凋亡抑制因子survivin与肺癌的研究进展

摘要 Survivin是新近发现的凋亡抑制蛋白IAP家族独特成员 ,具有抑制细胞凋亡和调节细胞分裂的双重功能 ,高表达于多种肿瘤组织而在正常成人组织中一般不表达或低表达。Survivin在肺癌中高表达 ,与肺癌的演进复发、预后差、药物耐药及病人生存率低有关 ,可作为肺癌诊断、治疗的新靶点。
