γ-干扰素雾化吸入治疗毛细支气管炎的研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的 观察γ -干扰素 (IFN -γ)对呼吸道合胞病毒 (RSV)感染毛细支气管炎的治疗作用。方法 将RSV感染毛细支气管炎患者随机分为雾化吸入IFN -γ治疗组和对照组 ,观察治疗前后的临床疗效。结果 IFN -γ雾化吸入治疗组咳嗽、呼吸困难和肺部哮喘音消失时间较对照组明显缩短 (P均 <0 .0 1) ,治疗组自身前后对照IgE降低 (P <0 .0 1) ,IFN -γ上升(P <0 .0 1)。结论 IFN -γ雾化吸入治疗RSV感染毛细支气管炎有较好临床疗效。 Objective It is to observe the therapeutic action of interferon-γ (INF-γ) atomization inhalation on bronchiolitis induced by respiratory syncytial virus (RSV).Methods 136 cases of RSV bronchiolitis were randomly divided into treatment group in which 70 cases were treated with INF-γ atomization inhalation and control group in which there were 66 cases. The clinical effects before and after treatment were observed.Results The disappearing times of cough, dyspnea and wheeze in treatment group were significantly shorter than that in control group (P<0.01). The IgE was decreased (t=5 12, P<0.01) and the INF-γ was increased (t=9.4, P<0.01) in treatment group after treatment than those before treatment.Conclusion INF-γ atomization inhalation has better clinical curative effect on bronchiolitis induced by RSV.
