摘要
发展中国汽车企业集群的作用主要体现在通过各类集群的形成带来的竞争优势效应以及技术创新优势效应上,而这两方面对于面临入世竞争的中国汽车企业又是重中之重,关乎核心竞争能力的形成。从各方面情况来看,上海具备了成为汽车产业栖息地的最佳条件。广州虽然居于其次,但随着丰田汽车公司的即将落户,它也会成为日本汽车公司在中国的集聚地,将迅速成为我国又一个重要的汽车产业栖息地。此外,东北、包括武汉、重庆、长沙在内的华中地区及京津冀地区也都各有优势,都有可能发展出具有国际竞争优势的汽车产业集群。
The automotive industry is one of the most im-
portant industries. But many obvious problems have
emerged in the developing process of our automotive
industry such as low speed, dispersed layout, the
chaos production, low quality and lagging technology
etc. It is impossible for our automotive enterprises to
participate in the cruel international competition with-
out the government's support. So we must promote
clustered development of this industry in China. Con-
sidering all kinds of factors, Shanghai and Guang-
zhou are the most possible places where industry
cluster could be. Besides these, the Northeast, cen-
tral China and the area of Beijing - Tianjing - Ji
have their own advantages too.
