摘要
观察中西医结合治疗 2型糖尿病合并高血压的临床疗效。方法 选择 2型糖尿病合并高血压患者 68例 ,随机分为 2组。 2组常规给予降糖药控制血糖 ,对照组 3 3例降压给予口服赖诺普利片1 0～ 2 0mg,每日 1次。治疗组 3 5例在对照组基础上加服中药辨证治疗。 2组均 1个月为 1个疗程。结果 治疗组和对照组总有效率分别为 91 .4%和 75 .8%,2组比较有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。
Objective To investigate the effect of integration of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine on the treatment of diabetes mellitus complicated with hypertension. Methods 68 cases with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with hypertension were randomly divided into control and treatment groups. Patients in control group (n=33) were treated by routine therapy. Patients in treatment group (n=35) were treated by combination of Traditional Chinese Medicine and routine therapy with a course of a month in both groups. Results The total effective rate in treatment group (91.4%) was markedly higher than that in control group (75.8%, P<0.05). Conclusion Integration of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine could effectively treat type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with hypertension.
