摘要
目的 :探讨阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征对睡眠中心血管的影响。方法 :应用多导睡眠监测仪研究 6 6例患者夜间血压、心律的动态变化。结果 :经统计学处理 ,其早搏发生的次数和血压较对照组明显增高 ,病情越重 ,发生早搏的次数更加频繁 ,血压升高更明显。结论 :阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征可导致心血管系统的异常 ,两者具有显著差异。
Objective: To study the effect of obstructive sleep apnea syndrome(OSAS) on cardiovascular disease during sleep. Methods: Polysomnography has been performed on 66 patients with OSAS, the changes of nocturnal blood pressure and cardiac rhythm were observed. Results: The number of premature beats and blood pressure in patients with OSAS were increased significantly compared with control group, and increased gradually along with aggravating condition. Conclusion:The results indicated that obstructive sleep apnea syndrome was easy to lead to the abnormality of cardiovascular system, and there was significant correlation.
