摘要 详细讨论了锅炉膜式水冷壁管屏平仰角MAG双面焊接的工艺及规范,并进行了工艺试验。工艺评定结果表明,采用该规范焊制的膜式水冷壁产品成形美观,导热性能符合要求。 The technology of weldment face and rear bend of membrane water-wall of utility boiler was discussed in detail. The welding experiment had been preceded and the result showed that the craft and the parameters were suited for the produce of membrane wall made of low carbon steel pipe and flat steels. The welding seam of membrane wall is good-looking, and the property of heat conduction is up to standard, so that the craft and norms having a certain leading meaning to the actual production.
