摘要
目的:观察中西医结合治疗副流感病毒性支气管炎的临床疗效。方法:对92例副流感病毒性支气管炎患者随机分为2组各46例,对照组采用单纯西药治疗,治疗组在西药治疗的基础上配合中医辨证论治。结果:治愈率、总有效率治疗组分别为60.9％、97.8％,对照组分别为37.0％、76.1％,2组比较,差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论:中西医结合治疗副流感病毒性支气管炎疗效确切。
Objective: To observe the clinical curative effect of TCM combined with western medicine (WM) for parainfluenza virus bronchitis (PVB). Methods: 92 cases of PVB were allocated to 2 groups (each group 46 cases) randomly. The control group was treated by WM alone, and the treatment group by the same WM and herbal drugs according to syndrome differentiation. Results: The cure rate and total effective rate were 60. 9% and 97. 8% in treatment group, and 37.0% and 76. 1% in control group respectively (P < 0. 01). Conclusion: TCM combined with WM possesses definite curative effect for PVB.
