摘要
目的:观察中药贴穴配合介入性输卵管再通术治疗输卵管阻塞性不孕症的疗效。方法:将75例患者随机分为2组,治疗组45例行中药贴神阙穴配合介入输卵管再通术治疗; 对照组30例仅用介入输卵管再通术治疗。结果:治疗组治愈26例,好转11例。无效8例,总有效率为82.22％。对照组治愈14例,好转7例,无效9例,总有效率为70.00％。2组总有效率比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药贴穴配合介入输卵管再通术治疗输卵管阻塞性不孕症的疗效优于单纯介入性输卵管再通术。
Objective: To observe the curative effect of acupoint application of herbal medicine associated with interventional salpin-gostomy for sterility due to obstruction of fallopian tube. Methods: 75 cases were allocated to 2 groups randomly, the treatment group (45 cases) was treated by application of herbal medicine on Shenque (RN 8) point and associated with interventional salpingos-tomy, and the control group (30 cases) by intervention therapy only. Results: 26 cases were cured, 11 cases improved and 8 cases ineffective, the total effective rate being 82. 22% in the treatment group, and 14, 7, 9 and 70. 00% in the control group respectively (P < 0. 05). Conclusion: Acupoint application of herbal medicine associated with interventional salpingostomy is more effective than only intervention therapy for sterility due to obstruction of fallopian tube.
