摘要
目的 了解骨科病人对病房管理制度的认可情况,让护理工作更加贴近病人,同时更科学地管理病房,有效防止医疗纠 纷的发生。方法 采用自行设计的问卷调查表,对1所三级甲等医院的156名骨科住院病人进行调查。结果 关注病人的感 觉,制定符合病人利益,又有益于病人康复的切实可行的管理制度。结论 以人为本,进行病房管理可有效防止因病人对管 理制度不满意而引发的医疗纠纷。
Objective To determine the patients’ admissive degree to the management system of ward in the department of orthopaedics, so as to improve the nursing quality to meet the patients’ needs, and establish the more scientific management system of ward to prevent the occurrence of medical disputes.Method The self-designed questionnaire was used to collect data from 156 orthopaedic inpatients in a third-level, first-grade hospital.Result It is important to concern the feelings of patients and establish the feasible management system which can benefit the patients and help them to recover from the illness. Conclusion Using humanistic management to manage the ward can effectively prevent the medical disputes which due to the patients’ dissatisfaction to the management system.
