摘要
目的 :探讨尿微量白蛋白 (mAlb)、β2 -微球蛋白 (β2 MG)在糖尿病肾损伤早期诊断的价值。方法 :采用免疫比浊法和放射免疫法测定 6 4例糖尿病患者的尿中mAlb和 β2 MG含量 ,并与 6 6例正常对照组比较。结果 :在未出现蛋白尿和血清肾功能检查异常时 ,糖尿病组尿mAlb和 β2 MG均已显著高于正常对照组 (P <0 .0 0 1)。结论 :mAlb和 β2 MG在糖尿病肾损伤早期诊断中具有重要意义。
Objective To explore the value of urinary mAlb and β_ 2 MG on the early Diagnosis of Diabetic Renal injury. Methods Urinary mAlb and β_ 2 MG was examined by using immunoturbidity and radioimmunoassay in 64 diabetic mellitus patients, and they were compared with those of 66 normal controls. Results Before the appearance of the urinary protein and kidney dysfuntion, the diabetic mellitus patients urinary mAlb and β_ 2 MG were significantly higher than normal controls ( P <0.001). Conclusion Urinary mAlb and β_ 2 MG may have an important role in the early Diagnosis of Diabetic Renal injury.
