摘要
冠心病、外周动脉阻塞性疾病等缺血性疾病严重威胁着人类的健康 ,尤其是以终末小血管弥漫性受损为主的病变目前临床治疗无法取得满意疗效 ,根据血管生成的机制应用促血管生成因子、转基因治疗及细胞治疗等多种方式进行的治疗性血管再生为此类疾病的治愈带来了希望。
The ischemic diseases, such as Coronary heart disease(CHD) and peripheral arterial occlusive disease(PAOD), has increasely do severe harm to peoples'health. In particular, at present the alternative clinic treatment failed to achieve satisfying effect on the therapy for diffuse or distal artery-derived ischemic disease. Given that facts, therapeutic angiogenesis, which is based on the mechanism of angiogenesis and take advantages of application of angiogenic factors, transgenic therapy and cellular therapy, is a clinical-therapeutic potential for those ischemic disease.
