摘要
目的总结患者ICU抢救中的心理反应及护理对策。方法根据访谈提纲对ICU患者抢救后病情稳定的患者进行回顾性调查。结果恐惧、紧张、不安全感、急躁、孤独、生气、焦虑、抑郁、绝望等是病人常见的心理反应。给予患者精神上的安慰和生活上的关心,建立良好的信赖关系,尽最大的努力满足患者的要求。结论加强与病人的沟通,提高医生和护士的素质和医护服务的质量,是减轻ICU患者心理不适的关键。
objective The psychology while rescueing reacts and attend to the countermeasure tosummarize patients ICU. The method : According to the conversation outline , We made retrospective investingations to those patients that had steady-going states of illness after first-aid with ICU. Theresult:Frightened, tense,sense of safety, react irritable, lonely angry anxious depressed and desperate. Offer comfort on spirit and care in life to patients, set up good trust relation , Do one’s best tosatisfy the patient’s request . The conclusion: Strengthen the communication with the patient, improvethe doctor and nurse’s quality and quality which doctors and nurses serve, The uncomfortable key thatis to lighten ICU patient’s psychology.
