摘要
对铸铁冷却壁和铜冷却壁进行了比较,分析了高炉采用铜冷却壁的利、弊及经济效益,指出控制合理稳定的冷却制度是保证铜冷却壁寿命的关键因素。
By compassion of cast iron cooling wall and copper cooling wall, the advantage and disavantage of adoping copper cooling wall in BF are discussed. At the same time, the economic benefit is analyzed. And it is pointed that the rational and stable cooling temperature is the key factor to ensure the life of copper cooling wall.
