摘要
研制了用于制备直升机主传力系统中复合材料柔性杆件的改性环氧树脂基体及其RC10 .80 0连续玻璃纤维预浸料。探讨了树脂基体组成、连续玻璃纤维窄带预浸工艺参数等变量对预浸料和复合材料性能的影响。选用的促进剂满足直升机柔性杆的技术要求和热熔工艺要求 ,满足此生产工艺要求。
Modified epoxy resin matrix and its prepreg with RC 10.800 continuous glass fiber are prepared for making flex-beam of the main load transmission system. The effect of resin composition and processing parameters of narrow fiberglass tape on the properties of prepreg and composites are studied as well. The promoter selected meet the requirement of hot-melt processing for flex-beam.
