摘要
《治安管理处罚条例》是公安机关对违反治安管理行为进行处罚所依据的一部重要的法律,在从它实施到现在将近 20年的时间里,我国社会生活的各个方面都发生了巨大变化,该法如今已呈现出许多不适的问题,因此,其修改势在必行。
Security Management and Punishment Regulations is an important law, according to which public security organs can punish these who break security regulations. In the 20 years from its birth to now, all walks of our social life has changed greatly, so its inadaptability emerged and it should be improved immediately.
