摘要
大鼠连续4天腹腔注射1%台盼蓝后,观察隔天、隔周、隔二周后肝和肾的组织结构及PAS、AlP、AcP、G-6-Pase、Mg^(2+)-ATPase和SDH的活性变化。结果发现:肝细胞和肾小管的上皮细胞中有台盼蓝颗粒;肝PAS反应阴性;隔天后肝AlP、AcP、G-6-Pase和SDH活性增强,Mg^(2+)-ATPase活性减弱;肾的上述组化反应活性都减弱;隔二周后肝和肾的上述组化反应接近对照。实验结果提示:活体注射台盼蓝对肝和肾未构成实质性损伤,隔天后的组化变化可能是一种生理适应性反应。
Eighteem adult Wistar rats were divided into experimental and control groups. 1 % try-pan blue in 0. 9%saline was injected into peritoneal cavity of the experimental rat with 5ml/ 250g weight everyday. By the same way,0. 9% saline was in jected into the control rat's. The rats were killed in one day ,a week and two weeks after continously injecting for 4 days, to observe histological structure and histochemical changes in liver and kidney. The results showed: 1.There occurred granules of trypan blue in the experimental rat's liver cells and epithelial cells of renal tubules. 2. The PAS reactions were shown negative in liver cells of all experimental rats. 3. In liver cells of the experimental rats killed in one day after 4-day injection, the activities of AlP, AcP, G-6-Pase and SDH increased and the activity of Mg2+-AT-Pase decreased. 4. The PAS reactions and the activities of A1P , AcP, G-6-Pase, Mg2+-ATPase and SDH were weaker in epithelial cells of renal tubules of the experimental rats killed in one day after treatment. 5. Histochemical reactions of the experimental rats killed in a week and two weeks after 4-day injection were similar to that of the control. All of the results suggested that the liver and kidney of the experimental rats were not parenchymally damaged after trypan blue injection and histochemical changes of the experimental rats killed in one day after treatment might be a reaction of physiological adaptability.
