颞下经小脑幕入路显微手术切除岩斜区肿瘤20例分析 被引量：1

摘要 目的 探讨采用显微手术技术经颞下入路切除岩斜区肿瘤的方法。方法 结合本组20例颞下入路手术方法及效果进行分析。结果 肿瘤全切除11例,近全切除5例,大部切除3例,部分切除1例。术后症状完全缓解9例,好转11例。结论颞下入路切除岩斜区肿瘤简便、实用,术野宽阔,能避开脑神经阻挡,多能做到全切除或次全切除。
