The Fit Between Human Capital Investment and Technological Innovation Strategy in High - Tech Enterprise

摘要 基于人力资本投资的思想,本文探讨了高新技术企业的人力资本投资系统与技术创新战略之间的契舍关系。高新技术企业如果在选择开拓型、分析型、防御型技术战略时,采用与之相契合的累积型、协助型、效用型人力资本投资系统;在选择差异化、集中化、成本领先技术战略时,采用与之相契舍的投资型、参与型、吸引型人力资本投资系统,就能确保其人力资本投资能够有效地支撑和服务于将采取的技术战略。
