摘要
中国电子政务发展迅速 ,但在发展过程中存在三大矛盾 ,且其发展缺乏统一规划 ,也没有相应的组织机构 ,为此 。
Electronic Government Affairs develops rapidly in China.There are three major contradictions in its development.Moreover, there is not an overall planning and an corresponding organization for the development. Therefore, some countermeasures are proplsed for the integrating the national electronic government affairs system.
