论述了建筑物区分所有权的概念 ,并就建筑物区分所有权制度所涉及专有所有权 ,共有所有权 。
This paper deals with the concept of ownership division of buildings, and the concepts of exclusive ownership, common ownership, and member ownership that are related to the division system of ownership in buildings.
