摘要
可持续发展是面向21世纪的全球发展战略,而环境保护及环境技术创新是实现可持续发展的根本途径。企业从事环境工作所产生的绩效需要一套全新的指标来进行评价。从环境质量、环境化过程、环境技术创新投入3个方面提出了环境绩效评价的指标体系,并对这些审计指标进行了分析和研究,从而试图为环境绩效评价提供一个定量化管理的工具奠定基础。
Sustainable development is the 21st-Century-oriented global strategy and the environmental technological innovation is the key to sustainable development. If enterprises are to carry out environmental work, there must be a brand new evaluating indicator system. This paper puts forward an indicator system of evaluating environmental performance from the three aspects of environment quality, environmentalizing process, innovation in environmental technology. Meanwhile, it analyzes these evaluating indexes and tries to provide a quantifying management tool for environment performance evaluation.
