摘要
大学生违法犯罪具有广泛性、突发性、团伙性、智能性等特点。主要由于不良社会环境导致的价值观沦丧、教育失衡带来的个性心理残缺、法制观念薄弱产生的认识错误、经济困难引起的生活窘迫等原因所导致。为预防大学生犯罪,必须推进高校法制教育。可以从提高认识,加强法制宣传,建立教育网络体系,提高教师队伍素质,改革教学方法,坚持惩罚与教育并举等几方面来实现,最终有效地预防大学生犯罪。
Law-breakings by college students are characterized by extensiveness, abruptness, gangsterism and intelligence. The main reasons are: degradation of sense of worth resulting from negative social environment, deficiency in personal psychology from imbalanced education, incorrect understanding from inadequate legal knowledge, and hard life from financial difficulty. To enhance the law education in institutions of higher learning, it's necessary to heighten people's consciousness, strengthen legal propaganda, construct educational network, promote teacher quality, reform teaching methods, and stick to the principle that punishment and education are given equal attention. In this way will the crimes by college students be suppressed effectively.
