摘要
随着现代医学的发展 ,医学计量作为医学研究和医疗质量控制的技术基础和重要保证 ,其作用和地位日益彰显。为适应新形势下医学计量工作需要 ,加强医学计量监督管理 ,应重视对计量法律法规的学习和掌握 ,进一步提高对医学计量工作的认识 ,加强专业技术人才队伍的培养 ,落实各项法律法规 ,并就医学计量工作的特点 ,探讨和把握医学计量管理的特殊规律 ,解决面临的新问题 。
As the development of modern medicine, medical measurement is the base and support of medical research and control of medical quality, its effect and position is more and more important. To adapt to the new situation of medical measurement and enforcing supervision and management of medical measurement, we must improve the acknowledgement of medical measurement, strengthen the cultivation of professional talents, carry out the laws and rules, and investigate new condition, solve new problems, improve teaching, medical treatment and research work in accordance with the rules and specialty of medical measurement.
