摘要
本文结合多年的实践与体会 ,分别阐述了军队医院加强机动卫勤力量建设是军事斗争准备、处置突发事件和医院建设发展的需要 ;新时期机动卫勤力量建设的主要任务 ,应根据军事斗争不断发展变化的新形势 ,适时在组织、制度、装备、技术和信息化建设等方面赋予新的更有针对性的内容 ;以及抓好机动卫勤力量建设 ,需要把握好现实状况与未来需要、适应市场与确保战场、日常工作与卫勤训练。
In accordance with years of practice and experiences, the author illustrated the necessity, main mission of strengthening construction of mobile forces of medical services in military hospital as followed: It is the need for war preparedness, dealing with sudden events,and development of hospital. The main mission in new situation is to put new accordingly definition in organization, system, equipment, technique and information construction in accordance with the development of war. In doing well in construction, hospital should meet the need of status quo and future, adapt to the market and battle field, daily work and training of medical service, comprehensive construction and construction for war preparedness.
