摘要
介绍了加强军区机动卫勤力量建设经验 :一是认识要跟上 ,树立“真打真准备”的使命意识 ,把思想统一到“当拳头 ,打头阵”的思想认识上来。二是做到组织严标准高队伍精。三是落实卫生战备工作制度 ,做到职责清责任明方案齐。四是重学习、练机动。打好基础、结合实际、提高质量、平战结合抓好训练。五是加强科研创新能力 ,以科技促质量 ,抓科研促训练、抓装备促发展 。
The author introduced experiences on enforcing construction of mobile force of medical service as followed: Firstly, have idea of real war and real preparation,and prepare to fight in first group. Secondly, be strict in organization, have high standard team. Thirdly, put medical war preparedness into effect, know one's own duty and all plans. Fourthly, make point of study and train mobile ability. Fifthly, strengthen ability of innovation, raise quality with science and tech, promote scientific research, training, equipment and development.
