摘要
论述数字化模具实验室在实验教学中的意义及其系统的主要构成.系统分为注射模具、冲压模具、成型设备、模具使用、标准模架及模具拆装实验几大模块,以动画的形式演示了注射模具、冲压模具的典型结构组成及每一部分的作用,并形象地演示了成型设备的工作情况;实验操作是让学生在计算机的仿真实验环境中进行模具装拆练习,分"装配"与"拆卸"两部分.
In this paper, the significance in experimentation teaching and the formation of Digital Lab are discussed. It includes six parts:injection mould, punching die, molding equipments, mould and die using, standard mould and die frame detachment and assembly experimentation of mould and die. Every part is demonstrated by means of animation. In the part of detachment and assembly experimentation of mould and die, students can detach and assembly mould and die by themselves in the emulation environment.
