Finance report of listed companies is characteristics of mass publication, huge quantity, and complicated industry. Based on the basic analysis principle of three pieces of finance report forms, optimized choice model of company has been used to choose listed companies worthy of investment, which makes the analysis process predigested. In the article, how to use kinds of finance indices to analyze and judge the investment value of listed companies is explicated.
