It was difficult to satisfy the stability demand according to coastal navigation area for lighterages in coastal port. Most of them can meet the stability checking demand according to the situation of real navigaion area which is defilading navigation area. It proposes the stability demand for this kind of ship should make a difference between practical situation and demand situation.
