摘要
利用透射电镜温台观察了Cu—Zn合金等温转变产物的加厚动力学。发现初期产物贝氏体α_1的加厚具有明显的层错面间扩展或层错切变性质。经长时间“过退火”后,α_1内部层错亚结构消失,“退化”为平衡相α。无层错约束的α的加厚表现为体扩散加厚特性。
The in situ observation of thickening processes of precipitate phase in a Cu-Zn alloy shows that the growth of bainite α_1 has the nature of displacement or shear between stacking fault faces.The overannealing of bainite α_1 during longer transformation time results in a“degenerate”equilibrum phase α.The thickening kinetics of the α is found to exhibit the characteristics ascribed to volume diffusion.
