摘要
本文对JEM—100CX顶插式电镜使用过程中出现的一些故障及排除方法进行了总结,可供电镜维护和维修工作者参考。故障现象一:在观察样品的过程中,电子束斑经常变成椭圆形且边缘有发虚现象。聚光镜消象散器调节不起作用。故障原因:该机为顶插式电镜,样品更换装置(Specimen exchange mechanism)中样品架(specimen holder)上方电子束通过的孔道严重污染。
Here we summerises some faults and methods of removing obstacle in a JEM-100 CX electron microscope. It may provide some usful reference for the engineers in maintaining this type of microncopes.
