摘要
目的 探讨表皮生长因子 (EGF)对颌下腺细胞在胶原海绵支架上黏附的影响。方法体外原代培养SD鼠颌下腺细胞 ,并传至第 2代 ,将其分别接种于含表皮生长因子修饰的胶原海绵上 ,和不含表皮生长因子修饰的胶原海绵上。于接种后 7d取材 ,进行细胞计数计算细胞贴附率 ;苏木素 伊红 (HE)染色 ,扫描电镜观察等检测。结果 实验组含有EGF ,细胞贴附率为 73 .1% ,对照组不含EGF ,贴附率为 62 .8% (P <0 .0 5 ) ,HE染色及扫描电镜观察也证实 :实验组的颌下腺细胞在胶原海绵支架上黏附 ,增殖及分化均优于对照组。结论 EGF对颌下腺细胞在胶原海绵上的黏附有促进作用。
Objective To investigate the influence of epidermal growth factor on the adherence of submandibnlar gland cell to collagen sponge.Methods Submandibular gland cells ofrats was isolated with parcreation digestin and then cultured cells were subcutaneously injected into collagen sponge with EGF or collagen sponge without EGF.The number of cells was counted for the rate of adherence and the histologyical change with HE staining and scanning electron microscopy was observed after 7 days.Results The rate of adherence in the exposure group was 73.1%,but 68.2% in the control group ( P <0.05).The results of HE staining and scanning electron microscopy also confirmed the attachment proliferation and differentiation of the exposure group was better than the control group.Conclusion EGF could improve the ability of attachement of submandibular gland cells on collagen sponge.
