摘要
为了在水库生态规划中成功应用多目标决策方法 ,以新疆喀拉哈巴克水库为例 ,运用系统分析方法 ,对水库生态区域的界定和规划目标的分析、评价及决策提出了理论模型 ,并为喀拉哈巴克水库的生态规划提出了决策依据。目标函数为单位用地投资最小而收益最大。
In order to apply multi-objective decision method in reservoir ecological planning, case study of Kalahabake Reservoir in Xinjiang is conducted. Through using system analysis method, the reservoir ecological areas boundaries are defined; the planning objectives are analyzed; the theoretical models for evaluation and decision are proposed with the minimum unit land investment as objective function. The model is solved to provide decision support for the Kalahabake Reservoir ecological planning.
