摘要
论述了3mm波信号源的频率、频谱(包括相噪)测试系统的建立。完成了系统的关键部件-3mm波谐波混频器的研制工作,并且利用已开发的系统,测试毫米波信号源的一些性能特性。
This paper describles a measuring system of frequency spectrum, phase noise of 3 mm-wave sources. In this system, the key device—3 mm-wave harmonic mixer is designed and manufactured. Some characterics of 3 mm-wave source are measured with the system.
