摘要
运用模式匹配数值计算的方法,给出了过模波导E平面阶梯和过模波导腔耦合器的散射特性,讨论了展宽耦合器频带,调节输出功率的途径和耦合器设计参数对抑制高模振荡的作用。
The numerical method for an output coupler of overmode waveguide cavity is studied by mode-matching. The scattering characteristics of an overmode waveguide E-plane step and an overmode coupler are given. The ways to extend the band of the coupler and suppress high-modes oscillation are discussed.
