TGFβ信号通路中调节的核内转录因子 被引量:3

摘要 TGFβ超家族参与多种生物学功能,近些年发现其对缺血性脑病如中风等有着显著的脑保护作用。它的信号由两型跨膜丝氨酸/苏氨酸激酶受体介导,使受体调节型Smad蛋白磷酸化并激活,活化的R-Smad与Smad4结合形成寡聚物,并转移到核内。寡聚物进入核内后,与多种辅助调节因子相结合激活或抑制Smad介导的转录活性,从而调节基因的表达,以实现其多种生物学功能。其信号通路机制的深入研究将有可能为缺血性脑病的进一步的研究和治疗提供新的方向。
