放射性脑坏死的病理及影像学进展 被引量:3

摘要 放射性脑坏死是放射性脑损伤的严重表现形式,但在诊断上常与肿瘤复发难以鉴别,传统的影像学如CT/MRI表现无特征性,近年来逐渐引起了人们重视,随着一些MRI新技术的发展和应用,对于放射性脑坏死的诊断有了较大提高,本文就其病理组织学及影像学诊断方面的进展进行探讨。
