去骨瓣减压术治疗大脑中动脉梗塞伴重度脑水肿 被引量：3

摘要 大脑中动脉梗塞伴重度脑水肿是临床上危及患者生命的严重疾病,由于解剖的特殊性及病理生理机制的特点,尚无持续有效的药物治疗。各项实验和临床治疗日渐证明,合理地选择手术病例和手术时机,去骨瓣减压术不仅可挽救患者的生命,而且可以获得较好的功能预后。
