摘要
岷江是成都平原和都江堰灌区的主要水源 ,随着川西平原和成都市社会经济的发展 ,岷江作为该地区的唯一水源 ,急需合理的开发和综合利用。因此 ,树立科学的发展观 ,坚持统筹兼顾 ,协调发展 ,实现水资源开发和生态环境保护的和谐 ,是促进川西平原和成都市社会经济可持续发展的重要保证。通过对岷江水资源开发现状和川西平原未来经济社会发展对水资源的需求进行分析 。
The Minjiang River is the main water resources in Chengdu Plain and Dujiangyan irrigation areas .With social and economic growth in the city of Chengdu and West Sichuan Plain , the Minjiang River as the only water resources in the area , is badly in need of proper development and multipurpose utilization . Sustainable development for society and economics in the city of Chengdu and West Sichuan Plain is ensured mainly by acquiring scientific outlook , making overall plans and taking all factors into consideration , developing in a concerted way and realizing harmony of water resources development and environment protection . Analysis is conducted on present state of Minjiang River water resources development and future demand for water resources in social and economic growth in West Sichuan Plain . Some suggestions are given for proper development and multipurpose utilization of Minjiang River water resources.
