摘要
本文综述了国际上八十年代以来传感技术的研究现状,指出传感技术的研究已开始深入,基础研究得到加强,集成化系统化方面的研究取得明显成果,并出现了两个跨学科的前沿方向——硅微机械加工和真空微电子学。
This paper discusses the current status of the researches on transduction technology by foreign scientists since 1980.
