摘要
在科技进步与就业十分复杂的关系中,一个重要的问题是从总体上讲科技进步是增加还是减少就业呢?至今还没有一个令人满意的答案。利用生产函数测定了科技进步对就业增长的贡献率,得到了科技进步增加就业的结论。
In the complex relationship between scientific and technological progress and employment,an important problem is whether scientific and technological progress,generally speaking,increases or decreases employment.Yet it has not been solved up to now.A method of measuring contribution of scientific and technological progress to employment is given by using production function in this paper.The conclusion that scientific and technological progress increases employment is reached finally.
