摘要
根据多维灰色系统综合评估理论 ,提出一套堤防隐患的评估方法 ,并编制了相应的计算机软件 .根据工程实际情况 ,确定了物探资料、土层性质、加固措施 3个影响堤防安全的主要因素及相应的评价指标体系和权系数 .用该方法对黄河下游某段堤防已探测到的隐患进行了综合评估 ,结果表明 ,在 2 0 3处堤防隐患中 ,有约 15 %的隐患危害程度比较严重 ,这与实际情况相符 .
Based on the multi-dimension gray evaluation theory, a method for evaluating hidden troubles in dikes is put forward, and corresponding software for calcuation is compiled. According to the reality of the project, 3 main factors affecting the dike safety, i.e. the exploration data, soil properties, and enforcement measures, and a corresponding index system and weighted function for evaluation are determined. The method is applied to comprehensive evaluation of 203 hidden troubles, which have been found in a dike section on the lower Yellow River, and it is concluded that about 15% of the hidden troubles are serious, the result being in accordance with the reality.
