摘要
从我国零售业现存困境入手,分析了我国零售业所面临的主要困难:业态布局不合理、结构失调;产业高度分散、企业规模小;利润水平低;从业人员素质低等。对此提出了解决的建议:调整布局,走农村包围城市的道路;产供销一体化,降低有关成本;企业联合,扩大规模;引进人才,采用先进技术。
This essay starts with the straits of retail sales in China and analyzes the difficulties lying ahead of this business in China : unreasonable distribution of retail sales and imbalance of the structure ;high decentralization of the business and small scale of the enterprises; low level of profits and poor quality of the employed . In view of the difficult situation , author brigs up some suggestions: Regulate the distribution of the trade and encircle the cities from the rural areas. Integrate production , supply and marketing ,and the reduce the relevant costs. Incorporate enterprises and enlarge the scale. Introduce capable employed an apopt advamed techniques.
