逆岐化法制备硫氰酸亚铜纳米粉体 被引量:3

Preparation of CuSCN Nanoparticles by Converse - Disproportionation Reaction Method

摘要 由CuCl2与Cu通过逆岐化过程,生成Cu+的配合物,以聚乙二醇为分散剂,NaSCN为沉淀剂,合成了CuSCN纳米粉体,制备的CuSCN产品粒度在70nm左右,粉体粒度均匀,文章探讨了制备条件对产物粒度的影响。 CuSCN nanoparticles were prepared by converse - disproportionation reaction of Cu and CuCl2 to produce compound of Cu+ ions. During this reaction, NaSCN was used as precipitating agent. X - ray diffraction analysis and TEM photograph show that the diameter of the particles is about 70nm and the particles are spherical crystallite structure . The main effect factors of preparation condition were discussed.
