摘要 胃窦血管扩张症是引起严重的上消化道出血的一种少见疾病。文章介绍其发病原因,病理机制,诊断治疗等,重点阐述其与门静脉高压性胃病的区别。 Gastric antral vascular ectasia ( GAVE) is a rare clinical disease which can cause severe upper gastrointestinal tract bleeding. Here, we introduce the pathogenesis, pathological mechanism, diagnosis and treatment of GAVE, we also identify the characteristics between gastric antral vascular ectasia and portal hypertension gastropathy.
