胫腓骨不稳定骨折两种手术治疗结果分析

摘要 目的 :总结加压钢板与交锁髓内钉治疗闭合、不稳定胫腓骨骨折愈后结果。方法 :分析 48例新鲜闭合胫腓骨不稳定骨折患者两种不同手术不同结果及原因。结果 :加压钢板内固定组手术时间及术中出血均多于交锁髓内钉内固定组。愈后按Johner Wruh标准评定疗效 ,加压钢板组优良率 70 .4% ;交锁髓内钉组优良率 90 .5 %。结论 :治疗新鲜闭合胫腓骨不稳定骨折 ,交锁髓内钉内固定好于加压钢板内固定。 Objective:To summarize the effect for treating the closed-unstable fracture of the tibia and fibula with the compressed plate or the interlocking intramedullary nail.Method:Forty-eight cases with fresh closed unstable fracture of the tibia and fibula were treated by two different operations.To analyze the different effect and reason.Result: The time of operation and bleeding during the operation of the compressed plate group were more than those of the interlocking intramedullary nail.After all cases were healed, with Johner-Wruh criterion evaluation,the percentage of successful outcomes was 70.4%in compressed plate and 90.5% in interlocking intramedullary nail.Conclusion:For treating the fresh closed unstable fracture of tibia and fibula,the interlocking intramedullary nail is superior to the compressed plate.
