摘要
论述了国家助学贷款的发展历程及现状 ,揭示了国家助学贷款陷入困境的原因 ,并有针对性地提出了降低国家助学贷款金融风险的防范措施。
The paper discusses mainly the development and current situation of national study-aiding loan;reveals that consequences of national study-aiding loan has fallen into difficult position;and puts forward the defending precautions which can help banks cut down financial hazard of national study-aiding loan .
