摘要
目的 探讨综合护理对降低急性缺血性脑卒中的伤残率的应用价值。方法 对实行综合护理前后两个时期内急性缺血性脑卒中的患者的预后进行分析对比研究。结果 对所有入选病人病后 3个月进行改良的Rankinscale评分 ,前后两个时期的伤残率分别为 6 4 .9%和 5 1.2 % (P <0 .0 0 5 )。结论 提示对急性缺血性脑卒中的患者实施综合护理 ,可明显改善预后 。
Objective To explore the value of comprehensive nursing in reducing the disability rate of cerebral apoplexy due to acute blood deficiency.Methods The prognosis of the patients with acute blood deficiency cerebral apoplexy was analyzed during two periods before and after practicing comprehensive nursing.Results All chosen cases were evaluated according to the reformed Rankin Scale three months after they were ill. The disability rate of former period and later period was 64.9% and 51.2% separately(P<0.05).Conclusion It can improve the prognosis and lower the disability rate after conduct comprehensive nursing for acute blood deficiency cerebral apoplexy patients.
