摘要
目的 研究亚低温联合复方丹参对新生大鼠缺氧缺血性脑损伤 (HIBD)的保护作用。方法 新生 7d的 12窝SD大鼠 6 0只 ,每窝 5只 ,按随机区组设计 ,随机分配到实验各组 ,假手术组、缺氧缺血组 (HI)、复方丹参治疗组(SMB)、亚低温组、亚低温联合复方丹参组 (以后简称联合组 )等 5个处理组 ,作MDA、SOD、NO的测定。结果 亚低温组、复方丹参组与缺氧缺血组比较 ,MDA、NO值降低 ,SOD值升高 ,P <0 .0 1,联合组与亚低温组、复方丹参组相比 ,MDA、NO值降低 ,SOD值增高 ,P <0 .0 5。结论 亚低温、复方丹参单独使用均对缺氧缺血性脑损伤 (HIBD)有神经元保护作用 ;而两者联合应用 。
Objective To investigate neuroprotection of hypothermia combined with salvia miltiorrhiza bunge on brain damage in the immature rat.Methods Sixty newborn Sprague-Dawley rats of seven-day-old were randomized to 5 groups:1.Sham operation.2.hypoxic-ischemic.3.salvia miltiorrhiza bunge(SMB).4.hypothermia.5.hypothermia combined with salvia miltiorrhiza bunge(HCS).Each group contained 12 rat pups.Randomly choose 2 from each group for pathologic section and the rest for determining Maleic Dialdehyde(MDA),Superoxide Dismutase(SOD),nitric oxide(NO).Results MDA、NO decreased significantly in the hypothermia group and SMB while SOD increased compared with HI,P<0.01; MDA、NO decreased in HCS and SOD increased compared with hypothermia group or SMB,P<0.05.Conclusion Both hypothermia and salvia miltiorrhiza bunge therapy have protective effect on neuron and HCS has better neuroprotection.
